White Belt: Basic fundamentals and overview of lean six sigma principles and implementation. This is the foundation of six sigma. Our training is unique and it will open your mind and naturally move you from your comfort zone in how to enhance a process in your personal, business or enterprise environment.

Yellow Belt: This Belt goes further in explaining on how to integrate Six Sigma methodologies for the improvement of production and transactional systems to better meet customer expectations and bottom-line objectives of their organization.

Green Belt: Green Belt certifies the employee to serve as a trained team member within his or her function-specific area of the organization. This focus allows the Green Belt to work on small, carefully defined Six Sigma projects, requiring less than a Black Belt’s full-time commitment to Six Sigma throughout the organization.

Black Belt: The Black Belt certifies an understanding of team leadership, team dynamics, and successfully assigning team members with roles and responsibilities. Black Belt Training develops complete understanding of the DMAIC model in accordance with the Six Sigma principles, basic knowledge of enterprise concepts, and skills to quickly identify “non-value-added” activities.

Master Black Belt: Master Black Belts have to display competent mastery of the Six Sigma methodology process and have a demonstrated knowledge of Six Sigma statistical tools. Many individuals that decide to take the step to become a Master Black Belt are making the decision to not only become a top-notch educator, but also a future leader within an organization or as a consultant who can provide six sigma training’s and certifications.
