Program Overview

This five-day intensive Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program integrates Quantum Physics principles with the proven DMAIC methodology. It is designed for managers, leaders and professionals who want to master enterprise-wide process improvement and lead organisational transformation.

Delivered live on Microsoft Teams, the program keeps what makes classroom training work — real-time teaching, discussion and hands-on project work — while letting you take part from anywhere in the world.

Why Become a Black Belt?

Green Belts lead individual improvement projects. Black Belts go further: they lead complex, cross-functional projects, coach Green and Yellow Belts, and connect improvement work to organisational strategy. It is the level for people who want to drive transformation, not just take part in it.
