Fiji runs one hour behind New Zealand during NZ daylight saving and on exactly the same time from April to September, so our live sessions fit naturally into the New Zealand working day — no late nights or very early starts.
Our programs help organisations in the public sector, health, local government, manufacturing, primary industries and logistics cut waste, reduce errors and improve service using the DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control).
Every session is live and interactive, led by Certified Master Black Belt Sachin Singh, and our Black Belt adds neuroscience and Quantum Physics concepts to help leaders manage the people side of change.
