Six Sigma Fiji: Lean Six Sigma Training & Certification in Suva
Six Sigma Academy is an internationally accredited, award-winning Lean Six Sigma academy headquartered in Suva. We train Fiji’s public servants, statutory bodies and businesses face-to-face, in-house and live online — to the same international standard we deliver worldwide.
International Standards, Delivered from Fiji
Fiji organisations no longer need to fly trainers in or send staff overseas to earn an internationally accredited Lean Six Sigma qualification. Six Sigma Academy is accredited by the International Board of Six Sigma Accreditations (IBSA), and our Black Belt program follows the ASQ CSSBB-aligned body of knowledge used by quality professionals around the world.
Because we are based in Suva, we tailor examples, projects and in-house programs to how Fiji workplaces actually run — from government ministries and statutory bodies to tourism, manufacturing, finance and retail.
Lean Six Sigma gives your people one shared, data-driven method — DMAIC: Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control — to cut waste, reduce errors and rework, speed up service delivery and lower costs.
The same programs are open to participants from any country, so Fiji teams learn alongside professionals from across the Pacific and beyond.
