Lean Six Sigma & Leadership Training for the Pacific Islands
Accredited Lean Six Sigma certification, leadership and management training for Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Kiribati, Tuvalu and the wider Pacific — delivered live online by a Pacific-headquartered academy, or in-house for your organisation.

Doing More With What You Have
Pacific organisations often run with small teams, long supply chains and tight budgets, while serving communities spread across many islands. Lean thinking is built for exactly this: removing waste, simplifying processes and freeing up people’s time for the work that matters most.
From public service reform and utilities to ports, tourism, health administration and regional agencies, Lean Six Sigma gives managers a practical, data-driven toolkit and a common language for improvement across departments and islands.
As a Pacific-headquartered academy, we have delivered training with the Fiji Ministry of Civil Service, Investment Fiji, USP Pacific TAFE and the International Labour Organisation — and our programs carry international accreditation from IBSA.
Funding: employer-funded, self-funded or on a scholarship — simply select your funding source when you enrol.
